If we had to choose one word to describe Costeñito Bistro it would be freshness. The ingredients, the decorations, the space, the service and the atmosphere have freshness as common denominator. It is truly from the sea to your plate.

The gastronomy of our Cozumel hotel is a fusion of Mediterranean cuisine with regional flavors, integrated with the artistic touch of our Chef. We have over 10 ways to make ceviche, taking the best of the Mexican coasts. The most popular ones are the house and the thai ceviches, and for entrees, the tuna steak with port sauce accompanied by risotto as a main dish.

For those who don´t like shellfish

We have for all tastes, for those who don´t eat shellfish, we have a rich variety of Ciabatta and Panini with different cheeses and delicatessen combined with dehydrated tomatoes, caramelized onions, Portobello mushrooms and Pesto among others, which make each Ciabatta an outstanding delight.

For the evening, the Costeñito is of the best restaurants in Cozumel, with a short but finely selected and constantly evolving menu. We have fresh dishes like tuna tartare and fish carpaccio; hot starters ideal for sharing, and short selection of creams and soups. For main courses, the favorites are our fresh fish steaks with exquisite sauce reductions, sautéed veggies and risotto. We also have excellent pasta and steak alternatives. The greedy are in excellent hands with our chocolates, coffee and fruit combinations.

Every day you will find different specials and every year a new addition to our menu.
